communication issue with booking and cancellation process

I had a fantastic time staying at this resort during my backpacking trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The convenient location near the ferry pier and great restaurants made it easy to explore the area. The comfortable and cozy room provided a much-needed rest after a long day of hiking. Plus, the beautiful view from the balcony was a bonus. The resort also had great WiFi, which was handy for staying connected during my travels.

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the stay.

Additionally, the resort's location was ideal, being just a short walk from the ferry terminal and the main street. Close to ferry terminal and village facilities. Room had adequate space, with a microwave and kettle provided. Good shower.

Due to its proximity to everything, it can get quite noisy at night. On some nights, there were loud discussions happening outside the adjacent shop/apartment until the early hours, which affected our sleep.

The kitchenette in our unit was a pleasant surprise. Equipped with a refrigerator and stovetop, it made us feel like top-notch chefs whipping up delicious meals. It was like having our own little culinary playground amidst the beautiful surroundings of Bali Holiday Resort.

Visited Lamma Island for a few days and stayed at the Bali Hotel. Great location for exploring the island, with a short walk to the ferry and nearby hiking trails. Room was small but adequate, and the staff was helpful and welcoming. Enjoyed the bathroom facilities, with a dry floor after showering. WiFi and air conditioning worked well, and noise level was manageable. a reasonable value in a fun location.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming resort in a fishing town. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, and the bed and pillow were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. a great value for a short getaway. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location next to bars, restaurants, and stores without being noisy. The room was small but tidy with a sea view overlooking the ocean. The ferry to the hotel was relaxing. I'll recommend this hotel for a laid-back and quiet stay in a lovely location.

my recent stay in hong kong was great, but bali holiday resort on lamma island exceeded my expectations. the location is perfect, just a quick walk from the ferry and with a beautiful view of the bay from the room. the staff were friendly, the room was clean and well-equipped, and i had a wonderful time exploring the island and trying delicious food.

I had a great stay at this hotel! My purpose was to explore Lamma Island, and I stayed for two nights. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the northern pier. The staff was friendly and spoke English, making check-in easy. The room was small but cozy, and the bathroom was clean. The Indian restaurant downstairs offered delicious meals. I really enjoyed my stay!
